Help For My LADIES!!

Somebody tell me why {we} as women keep giving all of our energy to the guys that pay us little to no attention, and give the ones that really care about {us} the cold shoulder??? We'll get upset, we will argue, and get aggravated with these guys that we really have nothing in common with and the guy that would go out of his way to put a smile on {our} faces we brush off. [WE HAVE ISSUES]

These bums could care less about our feelings, they don't know what makes us happy or sad, and we spend most of our time arguing with them bcuz we want them to be something they're not!! The only reason we're attracted to these idiots is bcuz they may be fine, have a nice body, have money, they may hold a certain status (important), etc. Notice not one of these things have to do with character and 99% of the time that's what [they] lack. 

Then there's the guy that may not have all the money or the looks but tends to {our} emotions. He learns your likes and dislikes. He can tell if there's something wrong with you by the change of the pitch in your voice. This {guy} knows just the right way to hold you and {you} are certain that his #1 priority is not to get in your pants. He ministers to your soul in a way that is indescribable.

OHHH but {we} don't want that one. Noooo, we'd rather TRY to change the stupid one that's fine and has some money, into the man that we want him to be. You know the one that just calls to say "I'm thinking about you babe", the one that's not afraid or "to hood" to share his feelings with you, the one that will speak to the deepest most inner-parts of your being. Idk, maybe one day we'll realize that {some} dudes just don't know that "language".

 It's a bit sad ladies (smh). We're fighting for the attention and commitment of a guy(s) that's not willing to do the same for us. And the guy(s) that's freely giving us what we are lowering our standards for, {we} don't accept. WHY???

I think it is about time that we adjust our priorities and start putting things into perspective. 1. Loving God 2.Loving ourselves 3. Loving others 4.Being happy {{PERIOD}} Nothing else matters ladies. I feel like once we grasp that concept we'll be okay when it it comes to picking and choosing the MAN that's "worth" our energy. Hope I helped someone with this...It definitely ministered to me writing it. lolol

Sooooo, I've always wanted to blog and today {April 30, 2010} I finally found the guts to start it. Yae me!!! Writing brings me so much peace and helps me to put things in perspective. I'm kind of excited right now. lol. Well, the journey begins NOW.
